Terms of Service

My terms of service are subject to change at any time.
When starting a transaction, the iteration you agreed to on the date of initial inquiry will be valid.

General information
► Must be 18+ to order.
► I retain all copyright to the commissioned artwork.
► I have the right to refuse any commission without reason.
► I can cancel a commission at any time. Full payment will be refunded.
► I can change my prices without notice even if you have a reserved slot on my waitlist.
► I reserve the right to post the artwork to social media and stream the commission process.
► The finished commission is yours to use as you like, as long as the art is not altered/drawn on top of, the original credits stay intact, and use is not commercial.
► Filing a chargeback for finished artwork will result in a blacklist, and forfeit your right to use the work.
► My artwork/commissions are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or put on "blockchain".
All NFTs containing my artwork or intellectual property (IE original characters) were not made by me, and are illegally minted.
► Client/Artist may not share each other's private contact details with third parties.Payment
► All prices are in Euro (€)
► Payment method is via Paypal invoice.
► 100% payment after the sketch is accepted.
► There are no refunds unless I can't finish the commission for whatever reason.Commission process
► Average deadline is 2 weeks to 2 months. I will keep you updated should any changes occur.
► I will periodically send you work in progress updates.
► Any major changes (e.g clothes, pose, character) after the sketch stage will cost extra.
► Minor changes (e.g. color adjustment, small details I missed) will typically be done for free.
► Completed illustration (png) will be sent through DropBox link.

I offer what I can do/am comfortable with and am interested in. You can message me about wishes you may have that aren't on the list. But if it's a no from my end, you'll need to find another artist who is more suited to your wishes.Why is there no link to your waitlist/no list showing who's on it?
